Steve Coogan and John C Reilly star in this biopic about Laurel and Hardy. Plenty of humour. Some scenes play like their skits. Most biographical films have an origin story. This takes place when they have already reached the top. Great casting. The Manager is a scene stealer. Coogan and Reilly got the mannerisms right. Chaplin and Wisdom get a mention. We started the summer off right by attending the Courtauld's annual Summer Ball. We are suckers for any opportunity to get fancy.
