Hank, Hope and some regular cast are back. Funny scenes and great special effects. Sonny is a business man dealing with the black market. A person in a white costume turns up. Has special powers. There is Bill Foster a former partner at Shield. Luis and his two associates are superb. I like the truth serum scene. Ava is pretty as is Hope. Fab ending credits.
