Suburbicon  A thriller/black comedy starring Matt Damon, Julianne Moore, Oscar Isaac. Suburbicon is a town in the 50-60s. Directed by George Clooney. Produced by the Coen brothers. Moore plays two characters. It was confusing in the beginning about who was related to who. There is a home invasion that takes place at the home of Gardner Lodge. He has a young son. His wife is in a wheelchair. Her sister is staying for a while. Uncle Mitch visits now and then. A black family have moved into the neighborhood and aren't made to feel welcome. I was trying to see what the relevance was of having the Myers family. Plenty of death. It is an eclectic film. You may have seen Mom And Dad. Satirises surbaban life in America. An exceptional cast of actors. The police are investigating. Cert 15. There is real footage used in some scenes. I will look at the trivia section on IMDB. Fascinating location.
